The pictures of the hotel isn’t the same once you arrive at the hotel our floor smelled like a bunch of cats our room door wasn’t locking properly & was lots of complaints from other visitors about this particular hotel

The only good thing about this property was the staff and parking. If you plan on staying more than 1 night I suggest you find a different place. The best felt like laying on a cardboard box. The dressers were falling apart the air conditioning didn’t work. I went to take a shower and I had a few guest (ants) showering with me. Graffiti was on the walls and bathroom mirror. Room smelt stale and to top it off they gave me the wrong room number so I was trying to enter someone else’s room.

The place was disgusting and sketchy. It was dirty in the lobbby. Random spots of water on the floor leading to the elevators. The whole place reeks of weed smoke. I tried to give it a chance thinking the room would be better but when my door handle was half broken off and i got a blast of Marijuana smell from the room I decided to go somewhere else. I would not recommend to anyone. Should be condemned

Probably one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at there wasn’t even hot water. If it wasn’t for the price I would’ve walked out immediately. There was a fight in the parking lot as I was trying to check out police were scattered everywhere. This is not a safe hotel to ever bring your family. If you need to stay at night as last case scenario in price I’d recommend it but anything else I wouldn’t the actual room was disgusting. The bed was barely OK. There wasn’t even any hot water so there’s no point in showering. It’s not like they gave you shower gel either so I wouldn’t bother the community was probably awful. A lot of people from the streets came in trying to find a room. The staff was overwhelmed in the overall hotel quality safety was poor. I’ve never stayed in such of a shambles have a place.

Very dirty room. Evening staff was excellent but the am shift were very rude and very disrespectful to guests.

The room was absolutely disgusting, no tv remote, phone was broken, when i asked Receptionist fir a tv remote she was to busy on her phone to even notice me then i asked the house cleaners if they had a tv remote no one spoke English? Then one guy that cleans yells at me what room are you in so i said it's ok it didn't matter so he yells again and i replied its fine i dont want a tv remote as i didn't like his attitude and as i stroed into the elevator he says fuch of then? Really thats how they treat there guests, so i packed my bags and lrft the hotel and had to find another one, so absolutely will never stay in that place again.

I have never checked out of a hotel so fast. I left within 30 minutes of checking in and it would have been sooner if I wasn’t struggling to find parking. I tried to give it a chance despite the reviews but now I see why they don’t offer refunds. The front desk barely acknowledged me, didn’t explain anything, didn’t even tell me my room number, and only gave one key when there were two of us. The hotel looked like something out of a horror movie. The lighting was dim, it smelled like cigarettes, and there were dirty clothes in the hallway and ice room. The room itself smelled like wet dog and smoke, and there were stains on the bed linens. Completely unacceptable.

I have never left a review for a hotel but this experience has prompted me to do so. This review is also meant to help the hotel to improve. I do think the staff overall try to do their best however, the hotel has many improvements to make. During my stay, I reported a domestic violence disturbance from guests that stayed across the hall. The couple argued from midnight until 5:00 am. I called the front desk three times, once almost every hour and a half, nothing was done. Because of this I requested a full refund. I originally booked the hotel for a two-night stay. If a full refund was denied, I wanted a partial refund for the night of the disturbance and because the couple checked out was alright with staying my second night. Had a horrible experience checked in staff was not nice.They were rude.They give me my room when I get off.The elevator is a guy approaching me in regular clothes, saying 236, which was supposed to be my room coming to find out.He's telling me that room is no good.Then he gives me another room.Doesn't introduce yourself as a manager. Then when we go in the room, it smells completely like bleach.I could not smell north sea because the stench of the bleach was so extremely strong. I go back to the front desk to let the front door snow.They give me another room.I also pay extra for another bed. The last and final Rome, they attempt to give me I sit on the bed. Almost fell off the bed was broken. I go back to the front desk to explain to them what I just experienced staff get where we ruled saying reimbursement my money back, didn't even let me say anything regarding the Rome. So after they said to give me my money back, I asked, are you kicking me out? And they say yes. I would never stay in a quality hotel and I think anybody moving forward should never stay at at the quality hotel.

Upon arrival, you're smacked with a horrible stench that workers are trying to mask by walking around spraying the vents. The entrance is luxurious upstairs looks like Joe's apartment. There was food embedded into the the carpet. There was feces on the wall !and they have roaches on top of the unsanitary, aesthetic! Street walkers , their managers-and street pharmacist run rancid!

My wife had to stay here on a last minute layover due to flight troubles. The room was disgusting. There was paint splattered all over the desk, chair, Keurig, and wall. There was mold on the walls. The ceiling was bubbling, cracking, and falling off. The hallway smelled like marijuana. The carpet was not vacuumed. Ranch was spilled all over the elevator. And, to top it all off, the hotel shuttle driver asked her to ride in a PERSONAL vehicle because she was the only person who needed to go to the airport and he didn’t want to use the large van. She refused but was scared. Absolutely would not stay here.

My stay was amazing. The shuttle driver was prompt, courteous and professional. It’s very easy to get him, call the hotel and press #2 for shuttle driver. Upon arrival the hotel looks small from outside but it was very big and spacious inside. The lobby was clean and it also has a vending machine in case you get hungry in the night. Check in was fast and easy. My room was the standard King room, very spacious and clean. All the necessities you need in a room. Bathroom was equipped with shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion. 2 hand towels and 2 towel. The water pressure was amazing. They do have continental breakfast from 6:30am to 9am, I missed it though. Other amenities I saw while passing through the hotel, a gym, and a swimming pool. Overall a great stay and the staff was so pleasant.
