"The hotel is located by the city center, walkable distance to Chinatown and downtown Manchester. The two bedrooms layout of the apartment is very accessible. "Location is good. Steps away from train station and tram station. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The room itself is modern and clean. It has everything you need. I would appreciate it more if I could adjust the room temperature as it was a bit warm for me. The building is an older building with some small steps to climb. I had two big luggages to haul around and the steps made it inconvenient for me."

"Everything was great and very convenient! The location was excellent, and overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The only thing I would suggest improving is the pillows. I had read other reviews mentioning them and thought they would be okay, but unfortunately, they were very flat and not fluffy or comfortable. Better pillows would definitely make the stay even better. Another suggestion would be to provide an easier way to contact someone in case of an emergency or if immediate assistance is...

"Waited 30 minutes to check in, checked in the room and it was in much need of renovation, broken blinds, light switches didn’t work, room was smaller than advertised. Only one member of staff in to check in guests at 5pm. A lot more hotels in Manchester on offer that are 10 x nicer than here. Would never stay again. Really disappointing."
