"Enjoyed my stay here. Convenient location and the room I had was excellent. It was a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment with a kitchen and living room. Kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean. Many standard kitchen items were available for use, but did not use besides the fridge. The air conditioner wasn't cooling but luckily the night was cool enough to open the windows. Advised staff at checkout. Booked thru hotels.com and don't remember seeing notification that they charge $5/night for parking. Shower had excellent water pressure and beds were comfortable. Will definitely be staying here again."

"I know I left shoes there and called to ask for them and they said they didn’t find them. Paid extremely high price for one night, asked for late check out. They wanted to charge me an extra fifty dollars for one hour."

"Hotel Chaco was an excellent stay and one of the highlights of our trip. The location is fantastic — close to Old Town and convenient to everything while still feeling relaxing and upscale. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had a very luxurious feel without being overdone. Everything felt thoughtfully designed and well maintained, which made the stay feel special from the moment we checked in. The food was also amazing. Every meal we had was flavorful and well prepared, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel added to the experience. Overall, Hotel Chaco combines a great location, beautiful rooms, and excellent dining into a stay that feels both comfortable and high-end. Would definitely stay here again."

"Wanted to check in a little early. There was a $25 charge to check in 90 minutes early. No thanks! Do I get a discount when I check out at 4:00 am? Otherwise, the gentlemen (different from the early check in person) was very nice and helpful!!! Rooms were clean but are very dark. Not enough electric outlets in the room."
