"I booked for a 2 night stay. The bed was so hard i thought of leaving on the first night. The second night was hard as well. Other than that the stay was okay bare bones, but good shower."

"Le petit déjeuner qui était compris dans le tarif de la chambre c’était de l’arnaque ! Je n’ai jamais vu un petit qui se termine à 9h30 !
La dame fermait la porte pour ne pas que les clients rentrent ! Et même pas eu de fruits ! Bref l’expérience du petit déjeuner était décevante mais la chambre était très bien "

"The hotel was very clean, the rooms were nice and spacious.& the staff was phenomenal. The shuttle too and from the airport made things so smooth. "

"I book this hotel for 3 adults but it is very disappointing that the pull out mattress had stains all over and it was very uncomfortable. Not a place for 3.
Terrible. Specially because I called 3 times to get this solved and they just excuse themselves by saying that there was no manager. "

"Parking was extremely limited. We were lucky to get a parking spot. Probably only about ten spots. Don't know where you park if they are all filled up.
Breakfast was just okay, and I'm being generous. It wasn't the reason we booked it. The hotel was in walking distance of the Barclay Center for a concert.
We fell safe in the building and the adjacent streets."
