"Salema is such a charming place. The hotel was right on the beach. The provided breakfast was excellent. Could have used a mini fridge in the room, but other than that, great little spot."

"Vila Luz is a great family hotel. We stayed in the upper section which has an extremely heated pool. A bit warm when the temperature is over 30celsius, great when the temperature dropped to 20celcius. The bigger, lower pool is less heated and great when it's very hot. Everything was clean, and the breakfast buffet was good, and well stocked, if a little repetitive. The staff are very friendly and helfpul. "This is a gem of a hotel, with only around 40 rooms. All the staff were so friendly, and the rooms and pool area were first rate. Breakfast was excellent and varied. There was sufficient free onsite parking, and the hotel is close to beaches and Logos old town. We hope to return soon."

"Clean and quiet hotel with a beachy boho vibe and lovely garden. The little kitchen in our suite had everything we needed for a couple of meals in. It’s a short walk to the centre and boardwalk/beaches. The staff were very kind and one of them saved the day by sorting out the tv for us so we could watch the football game! Great place to stay."
