"This property for a 3 star is exceptional value for money, beautiful grounds. I would suggest a car if your stopping here couple of restaurants near small pizza bar love and hate great. I think shuttles are available. Parking on site couple of euros per day, safe a euro a day. Pool sude food and bar good value not over priced. Plenty of beds, massive pool. "The room was fine. The staff were very good. Armando at reception was very pleasant and helpful. He was professional and cheery at check in and gave me very good local advise on places to eat for dinner. I went to one of his recommendations (La Tapatica) and had a very nice Canarian meal. Daniela and Manuel (Mano) in the restaurant at breakfast were lovely. I was by myself and Mano was very nice to me and we chatted a bit about favourite Canarian and Spanish food, and he made breakfast very nice and gave an excellent example of Canarian hospitality. Thank you Mano! The breakfast food was very good and I liked that there was good Spanish food there, and not just regular western tourist food. The Canarian cheese, pan con tomate and yogurt was very good, as was the coffee. I will recommend this hotel to cruisers who will start their cruise in Gran Canaria and need to stay somewhere the night before. Thanks. "
