We used to stay here a couple of times every year with our kids, but this is going to be our last stay. It's dated, stained carpets in the rooms, and our faucet came out of the wall in the shower. Stray hairs in my freshly made bed. Lack luster staff.

Jacuzzi tub did not work had to switch rooms in the middle of the night, only accommodated me for one extra hour, but took over an hour to pack up belongings to move to another room and set up and take a bath. What a waste of time, money and energy.

My room had a dead fly smushed into the ceiling. I complained about it. I received a call from someone who said they would clean it but stated there was a do not disturb sign on my door, so they could not enter (not true - there was no sign on my door). The next day, I left the sign on the door to service the room. The bed was made, bathroom tidied but the fly was not removed. Day 3, I did not leave a sign on the door but someone went into the room and tidied the towels in the bathroom. They did not make the bed or remove the fly. Overall the room was just generally dirty. Stains on the wall and carpet. The curtain wasn’t wide enough to block out the bright lights outside. The shower pressure was weak. The best part of my stay was the free breakfast. I had lots of pillows which I loved. And the ladies at the desk were very nice.
