"Had to wait for room to be ready. Wasn't told when it was ready so finally i asked about it and was told that yes it was ready but I hadn't been told. There was a change in person working front desk so it was lack of communication.
When we went to our room we had to leave immediately as the food odour smell was so strong that we couldn't stay. Was told that they could clean the room again but am sure that the smell would still be there. Was told that people didn't cook in the rooms but obviously someone did. Finally got changed to another room but it wasn't ready yet so had to wait again.
Have never had this kind of problem before but we were not impressed. Can't believe that the cleaning staff wouldn't know that the room smelt bad."
