"We booked this room for its low cost for 3 nights as we were visiting Guam for a funeral. We enjoyed this property as it was clean, quiet, and staff was very attentive. There is some construction on the outside, the pics online is what you see, and the inside (bldg or room) does not smell. The bed was comfy and clean (everything is white!). "The Hotel Nikko was a good place. The location is nice - close to all the spots in Tamuning, but still quiet. The room was fine, but could have had more attention to cleaning - the bathroom had hair in the corners. Staff were helpful and friendly."
