"Rooms very small, two towels when booked for four, only two balcony chairs, had to fix toilet twice, shower virtually none existent water pressure eventually gets hot then scalds you then goes freezing. Breakfast is bareable, place is quite run down in parts restaurants are expensive for what you get and lack any kind of atmosphere especially le jaguar."

" My fiance and I recently stayed at Planet Hollywood Costa Rica and overall had a great experience, especially with the Star Class service. While the housekeeping could have been better—there were a few inconsistencies with room cleanliness, mainly our bathroom & shower walls and restocking the in-room coffee with pods. What truly stood out was the Star Class butler/concierge service. Henry, our butler, was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of—from reservations to special requests—and was always attentive, responsive, and genuinely kind. His level of service really elevated our entire trip and made us feel taken care of every step of the way. The resort itself is nice and friendly staff, good food options, and a fun atmosphere.
