"Our room was beautiful, well lit and nicely appointed. We appreciated the small round table with two chairs (so often there’s only one) and individually controlled lights on each side of the bed. The open air (so to speak) closet is well conceived. Two (overhead locker sized) roller board suitcases, when opened, fit perfectly side by side on the low shelf. Drawers below provide ample space for those who wish to unpack. And, the space below that is perfect for shoes. We also appreciated “quiet”...

"Very poor value hotel as for example the toilet flush was not working properly and there was a bar with loud music playing until the early morning. So it was nota place to get a good night rest."

"Great stay. Room was fantastic, with beautiful wood ceiling providing historic charm. Location was perfect, steps from old town close to shops and restaurants and sights. Staff were friendly and helpful, in particular at the Vinoteca where we had lovely local wines and the doorman who provided best food recommendations. Highly recommend."

"La comida es horrorosa. Para ser un hotel de cuatro estrellas que no es nada barato podían gastarse un poquito más en la comunidad porque la comida es horrible. He estado dos días y las dos veces que fui a comer al en la plancha no había nadie de la cocina eh la carne dura la gente que estaba en el comedor un poco desagradable los camales y suelo ir muchas veces pero después de esta vez no vuelvo a ir"

"Fue un estancia relativamente buen, lastimosamente las personas que se hospedaron en la habitación de al lado se peleaban mucho, aventaban cosas y al estar pegadas las habitaciones no logramos descansar, la división del balcón no es del todo independiente y por lo antes mencionado, mejor evitamos salir, lo cual fue incomodo "

"The staff were very nice. The bathrooms weren’t fully functioning (cold water, plugged drain, no inner shower curtain and outer curtain covered in mold). Towels were clean but noticeably old and tattered. On the fourth floor without elevator access so don’t plan on bringing any large bags. No hand towels. Overall clean."

"Breakfast is good and diverse but gets boring when you stay 7 days because it’s 95% the same ,I think they should change the fruits and vegetables every few days!The rooms are spacious but not much sun and the only things I was missing is a terrace or balcony any space to dry ,specially when coming from the beach and you have no place to dry your swimming costume and towels "

"Tiene muchas cosas buenas, está en el centro del puerto de la Cruz, cerca de todo, habitaciones excelentes,amplias, cogimos una para 3 adultos y tenía 3 camas cómodas y grandes, limpieza un 10, trato amable y muy bueno, precio excepcional. Pero tiene un par de contras, no tiene aparcamiento cerca y el ascensor comienza en la primera planta, no recomendable para personas con problemas de movilidad."

"The property was well located across from the Ramblas and down the street from the most beautiful park. The rooftop pool and sunning area gave a wonderful view of the surrounding area and mountains and water. All the staff was personable and helpful. I would definitely return to this hotel."
