"The property gave us a view of the volcano, had comfortable beds for the 3 of us, a kitchen, dining area and a clean bathroom. The host, Reyna, was very kind! She arranged travel and an activity for us, and was extremely flexible with our check out time. She also did our laundry for us ($4/kg) and it was cleanly folded when returned. We had a lot of fun and felt very comfortable staying here, highly recommend this to everyone! Pura Vida:)"

One pièce of clothing missing from the laundry, they did not took the time to look Up, but offered to contact the owner to do a settlement, which I didnt bothered with my tight schedule. Jacuzzi did not worked, but I admit we didnt asked for them to check it. Restaurant and bar very expensive, but again the friendliness of the staff compensated. Our cabin very close to the noisy road, would have been a paradise otherwise."

"The room was very clean and the balcony was great with a table in chairs. My recommendation would be for the hotel to add a table and chair in the room itself because the only place to put stuff was on the bed. The breakfast was great and the restaurant was great as well for dinner, which came in handy during a rainstorm (which happens in the rainforest). The staff was great. "The property was clean and staff very nice!! The restaurant on site was delicious!! The only downside of the property that I didn’t know about until arrival is your car has to stay parked up front by the check in area. So you have to walk or call up front for a ride. Also ordered room service due to heavy rain and was charged $8 for delivery and you don’t find out until about the charge until they deliver it. Other than that we enjoy the property!"
