"The only thing I have nice to say is, the staff was amazing. when I saw bedbugs on the bed and crawling on the walls, the staff moved me to a private room however, that room also had bedbugs. The staff did their best to make sure I was comfortable and thankfully I was only there for a night. Would not recommend."

"Very helpful staff, clean rooms, Air conditioning works all the time never had any problems. Staff may not be there for certain periods of time which is odd. I ended up calling a corporate number just to get in during certain times of the night. It’s nice because it’s near la placitia and viejo san juan as they’re both 5-10 mins away driving wise. Beds are also really comfy"

Its location is excellent—just a short walk from the beautiful and popular Isla Verde Beach, as well as many restaurants, convenience stores, and gas stations. 8 minutes to the airport. The free parking was a big plus, and the air conditioning worked great, which made our stay very comfortable. I truly loved the conffy pillows and bed. "This Hotel was very dishonest. Staying here caused my daughter anxiety and I had a panic attack. The situation was so horrible that we only stayed one night but they charged me for 4 nights. They basically robbed us. There was no water and the hotel did not let me know this at check in. I noticed that they were not letting any new guests know. By the end of the day we were helping the 2 staff members carry buckets of water from the jacuzzi to our rooms to use to flush the toilet. The hotel staff...
