Great location. Lovely food. But very small rooms. Beds moved all the time and was quite noisy to sleep in. Limited amenities. Staff was exceptional and super helpful. They do try to downgrade us form what we paid for so make sure you check!

Such a beautiful hotel with large rooms and gorgeous bathrooms! The breakfast was delicious and generous. My 10 year old daughter had her own tent in our room and she said it was the best place we stayed in all of Switzerland! Staff were knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Would love to stay here ...

Krafft Basel
A beautiful historic hotel right in the heart of everything and close to the flower market. The breakfast and happy hour were great and the staff was amazing. The bed was very comfortable and our room even had a tub!
