They have so many staff - even ones to press the lift buttons, and they are so professional. Every single one went the extra mile to make our stay special. We had room service food after the concert, of which there was lots of choice. Breakfast had everything imaginable on the menu. We'll be back when we visit the O2 again."

"This is such a cute little place close to transport. I didn’t want to be in the city center, but close enough to see everything. The breakfast was the best! Get room toward the front of you don’t lie the ambient noise of the train. The rooftop garden was gorgeous. I’d stay here again for sure"
