"stayed at The Mozart Prague for 5 nights, May 19 through 24, 2026 and while the hotel itself is beautiful, my experience was disappointing because of how a simple issue was handled. The location is fantastic, the building is stunning, and the room was lovely. Breakfast was good, and overall the property has a lot of charm. However, from the first day of my stay, the TV in my room was not working properly. I called the front desk multiple times every single day and repeatedly asked for it to be fixed so I could watch Netflix in the evenings. One staff member came to the room, confirmed there was an issue with the TV, and told me maintenance would take care of it. Unfortunately, that never happened. I stayed for 5 nights and the problem was never resolved despite my repeated requests. What frustrated me most was not the broken TV itself, but the lack of follow-through and communication. After a long day of sightseeing, I simply wanted to relax in my room, and I felt my concerns were largely ignored. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected much better customer service and attention to guest requests. It’s unfortunate because everything else about the hotel was wonderful. Had the staff addressed the issue in a timely manner, this would have easily been a 5-star stay. Beautiful hotel, great location, but the lack of response to a maintenance issue left a disappointing impression."

"The hotel is in a great location . 15 minutes walk to old town and all its famous sights . The free Breakfast was absolutely amazing . They put out a really good spread of different meats , cheeses, breads , fruits , vegetables, coffees and juice . It’s a great way to save some money starting your day in the city . The rooms were just ok . Carpets were worn and outdated but it was clean and the bedding was nice . There refrigerator didn’t work well and the hotel has No ice machines . So if you’re looking forward to going back to your room for a night and chilling a bottle of wine ……..not gonna happen . It’s warm drinks only . The rooms weren’t made up very well when we came back from our day . Sometimes no toilet paper or no clean glasses . For the money though it’s a solid hotel in a safe neighborhood with good breakfast . If you want cold beverages at night though ……not gonna happen"

"The hotel is conveniently located. Had problems with internet but fixed day 2. Nice place Do not recommend Eco tours located at hotel. Took expensive scooter tour and felt unsafe. Decided to quit for safety sake. The guide was good but left the manager to pick up scooter and left me in a park high above city alone. The manager came to pick up scooter and was abandoning me in the park. I asked about a taxi and he said it was not his fault. I did not ask for refund just a taxi back to hotel. Manager offered to call me taxi but kept berating me for asking for help. I told him to leave if he did not stop blaming me for being left. Manager did not care I was left alone, no phone to call taxi and no Polish to ask for help. He took off and left me in the park. It took me over an hour to walk far enough to get internet to call for help. If I had been injured riding scooter I fear Eco would have left me to take care of myself. Do not trust this company. No care for their clients."

"Everything was ok EXCEPT: 1) Bed mattress was uncomfortable.. hole in the center when you lay down.. Work up every morning with lower back pain.. 2) Bathroom smelled like musky sewer water.. made the whole room stink even though we left the fan on. 3) Bed sheet have never been changed.. Stains and old lint in the bed sheets.. 4) we asked housekeeping not to come into the room as we were going to come back. the minute we left, housekeeping enter the room. We specifically instructed her not to enter the room until we put the cleaning sign on the door. She did not accommodate our request.😕 This is a honest review.. I will also be leaving a review in my own social media to share about my experience.."

"This is a great hotel for a stay in Prague. The staff was immediately welcoming in getting situated with both the surroundings, parking, and the hotel layout...even offering additional amenities four our pup. It was reasonably priced for all its offerings, had the GREATEST breakfast seen in our travels to date, and an easy and beautiful 40-minute walk to all the great sights, sounds, and flavors of central Prague. 10/10!"
