"Room wasn't cleaned fully. Dried sink, tub, and toilet cleaner still stuck to porcelain. Pubic hair on sink and tub. No hand or bathsoap stocked, no toilet paper stocked. Dirty sheets still in a pile on desk. Cleaning supplies including a bottle labeled "weed killer" left out on counter. Dirty toilet scrub brush in garbage bag on floor. I was soaked to red when I arrived I was didn't want to wait for the hassle I'd room reassignment. Place reeks of weed and very loud group of game watchers...

"First of all ice machine on our floor broken all 5 days we were there. Air conditioning I. Fitness room not working and it was 90. Thirdly never had change for washer and dryer. Said would get some every day. Finally had to walk to liquor store across the street"

"Had a great stay, was in town for a dog show. Had our dogs with us as well as had several others in the hotel for the dog show as well. Never heard another dog or even person the whole time while inside so was very impressed that it was so quiet. The breakfast was decent. The down comfort was a bit discolored and kinda stained a bit but the sheets were nice crisp bright white. The room was clean and nice, there was some damage to the back of the bathroom door from a previous dog. The carpet was...

"My room was not that clean, the security bar on my door was broken, the pool room was not that clean. No one was at the counter whenI needed help and the air conditioner didn't work that well."

"This was the single worst hotel experience of my life. Went to check in - we had a reservation- arrived at 4 check in was 3pm. Front desk said the room wasn’t ready yet and they needed 15 minutes. 4 hours later still no room . No manager on duty and the front desk clerk walked out and quit. The lobby was full of people who could not get into their reserved rooms. Absolute chaos . A member of the laundry staff was at the front desk with a pen and paper asking people to write their name...

"My fourth stay at the Kalamazoo House didn't disappoint. As always, Amy is a delight and the breakfasts are a great start to a day. The room was in excellent condition and everything worked as expected. Can't wait to have an excuse to come back."
