"The staircase going up stairs had some kind of odor and the walls in the room had stuff all over it and the bathroom sink and shower looked liked they hadn’t been cleaned. I forgot something in the room when I checked out and asked if I can get a key or something to go back in and the fro desk told me there was staff on the floor to ask them I did ask them and explained to them what happened and what the guy at the desk said and they ignored me and went back to work so I called the other person...

"Very good breakfast! One negative was in bathroom. Full length mirror across from toilet was not needed!"

"Wound not recommended the restaurant within the hotel. We went there for breakfast. Portions are small for price. No jelly with toast and one waitress serving the whole restaurant. This is the only downfall of our experience. Room was adequate. Everything seemed to clean. Staff was helpful."

"Booked a double queen with couch. Got stuck with a normal room that had no refrigerator. Paid extra for the bigger room an got no reimbursement."

"Gentleman that checked us on was very nice and outgoing. Room was comfortable and quiet. The courtyard in the back was a nice amenity as it was a warm spring evening out and we were able to have pizza and a beer out there while letting our new puppy explore the great outdoors."

"Clean, great customer service. The room we booked on Expedia was rented out by them and the staff gave us 2 adjoining room without an up charge. We will be back if in the area again. "

"The room was dirty. The floors, the walls, the bathroom all dirty. There was stink bugs in the rooms. The only reason we didn’t leave and just drive home was because of the severe weather. The pool was also dirty and appeared very cloudy. "

"Angela at the front desk was amazing. We had a party of six with my family and needed a few extras for the room. Angela was excellent and most accommodating!! as far as amenities, the pool and cleanliness of the hotel were fair. Our room specifically didn’t have a shower curtain on when we got there and there were food splatter all over the wall walls in the kitchen."

"The room was nice and clean and the news was very comfortable. The breakfast was good and all in all I would definitely stay there again if I’m in that area. You can’t go wrong with this hotel."

"First thing I did when I went into the room was kill a cockroach. Luckily I was just there for a couple hours of sleep each night. Kept my bags zipped up and everything off the floor. Shower fixtures not secured to the wall."

"Loved everything about our stay: clean rooms, reliable wifi, great breakfast options, pleasant staff and quiet nights. We were there for a convention (and the Air Zoo) and we'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!"

"The Internet doesn't work. I was able to get Baymont Internet every so often. Because it would keep kicking me off. But everything else was excellent!! "
