Hotel dekat Mud Lake

"Room wasn't cleaned fully. Dried sink, tub, and toilet cleaner still stuck to porcelain. Pubic hair on sink and tub. No hand or bathsoap stocked, no toilet paper stocked. Dirty sheets still in a pile on desk. Cleaning supplies including a bottle labeled "weed killer" left out on counter. Dirty toilet scrub brush in garbage bag on floor. I was soaked to red when I arrived I was didn't want to wait for the hassle I'd room reassignment. Place reeks of weed and very loud group of game watchers...

"It is older and well used, the beds were great. The bathroom was clean but well used. The breakfast was typical but limited to choice. Marriott has not visited for awhile!"

"The staff were very helpful and happy. Upon arrival, the individual at check in gave all the helpful information about the building. Very family friendly and a great price."

"Clean and convenient"

"Had a great stay, was in town for a dog show. Had our dogs with us as well as had several others in the hotel for the dog show as well. Never heard another dog or even person the whole time while inside so was very impressed that it was so quiet. The breakfast was decent. The down comfort was a bit discolored and kinda stained a bit but the sheets were nice crisp bright white. The room was clean and nice, there was some damage to the back of the bathroom door from a previous dog. The carpet was...

"My room was not that clean, the security bar on my door was broken, the pool room was not that clean. No one was at the counter whenI needed help and the air conditioner didn't work that well."

"Had to buy linens and towels at local Walmart bc there were none provided."

"The room was fine. However the toilet did not work properly the entire time we were there."

"Never did get into a room. Arrived at 3 PM and we’re told they didn’t have enough staff cleaning rooms so there would be a wait. Many people waiting in the lobby. We came back at 8 PM and they still didn’t have any rooms. Seems the staff walked out earlier in the day. Luckily found another room about 20 minutes away. The town was sold out because of graduation and a wedding. I worked in hotels for many years and this was the worst I’ve ever seen. I’ll never stay at a Holiday Inn Express again."

"My fourth stay at the Kalamazoo House didn't disappoint. As always, Amy is a delight and the breakfasts are a great start to a day. The room was in excellent condition and everything worked as expected. Can't wait to have an excuse to come back."
