Room was clean (bathroom could be better, lots of hair in the shower door) and well provisioned. Location is excellent and nearby council parking on Rockingham Street is such an advantage in the city centre. My room faced Division Street- quiet in winter after students have keft, probably noisy in summer. However, I know this, know Sheffield and would stay again. Good value and good service...

"Excellent central location, large studio flat, warm central heating, safe and secure building. Only small gripes were a lack of plates and cutlery (you’d think a 2 person flat would have at least 2 plates / 2 knives and forks etc) and the shower water pressure could have been stronger but all in all very good accommodation for the price"

Great central location and good for trams, especially if travelling to Tramlines festival. Lots of extra facilities in building like a laundry room which was very useful. Would definitely stay again next time in Sheffield."
