"Gaining entry was a nightmare. It was impossible to enter without filling in an online form for both of us and the form wouldn’t accept our passport and other details. When we spoke to the owner he was helpful but it was a terrible and stressful start to our stay. The lift didn’t work so we had to carry our bags upstairs. "We loved our stay at Casa di BiaGio! We were a little confused regarding parking and the ZTL zone. The host was very helpful in explaining that parking was available outside of the city and in explaining the ZTL zone. The breakfast was outstanding! The apartment was gorgeous, comfortable, and very clean. Communication was easy and very pleasant. The host was warm and welcoming. We would both stay here again!"
