Since we arrived late, they made everything easy by explaining the process clearly, sending pictures, a short video, and even a reminder with all the important information. The room was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The highlight for us was definitely the washing machine, especially since we were on a 15-day trip! We would definitely recommend this place and would gladly return."
