Once I check-in inside the room I got kerosene smell and few cockroaches moving around. Also the air con not working. I called the receptionist after 15mins somebody comes cannot settle the air con problem. Again 2nd person check air con also cannot settle. Then 3rd person came then settle the air con problem. I'm quite disappointed the service and the room as well. I think the hotel need to check the room before somebody check in all in order. Thank you Regards

Very unpleasant stay. Heater not hot. Pillow too hard. Cockroaches can be seen everywhere in the room! Told the reception but they do nothing about it

The room was clean & comfortable. Not very spacious but definitely good value for money - you get what you pay for. Responsive & polite service staff. Choice of cable TV channels reasonable. The best part is that it’s conveniently located (within walking distance to the NED). Lots of eateries located nearby to choose from. It’s also not too far from BCS & Nagoya Hill shopping mall so you could grab a taxi for 50K Rupiah one way or opt for a motorcycle instead.

Clean in the room but shocking experience in the toilet, many coaches hidden under toilet bowl cover and crawling around toilet bowl ! Big and small coaches. I'm staying at level 4 room.

booked 3 rooms. 2 of the rooms was ok but the other 1 room has this weird smell and the bedsheet looks dirty and a little bit of stain. but that’s not a big problem anyway cause i enjoyed staying there and fyi, this is the second time i stayed there. this is a good budget hotel and hotel looks really really good. thanks.

Overall it was a pleasant stay. However, the restaurant should be opened long hours during the weekends and room service for food should be available 24 hours.

Hands down --> The best value for money in NED
The best value in Batam. Dirt cheap. Includes a breakfast and it's a 5 minutes walk to the nitelife. Highly recommended.

I think the hotel is overrated. It is obviously very cheep - so perhaps I should have known better. The hotel is OKish, all is clean except for the sheets. Breakfast is good/ok/reception and hallways clean but hotel room was very small, NO WINDOWS, en bedding not clean also the walls need a new coat of paint.

A nice little hotel for a simple stay near Nagoya
Was allocated a standard twin room and found that a pillar separated the two twin beds. Request for a change of room to a double bed and my request was immediately attended to and granted, am really pleased. The room is clean and adequate with standard set of facilities found in a basic room. TV reception signal may not be good if you plan to stay in and watch TV. Taxi drivers are stationed at the entrance for the convenience of the guests, usually at 50k Rp per trip.

I've stayed here a few times, its value for money. Location is perfect close to naogya hill and citywalk Rooms size is ok only thing the bath towels are a bit old, i usually bring my own bath towel There are 24 hours convenience store next door so no worries abt buying drinks or cigerattes But if u should need your room to be cleaned, pls inform the reception before u leave otherwise the room boy will not clean your room in spite of leaving the "make up room" cards on the door, i have exprienced this overall i'm very satisfied

Great Location, walking distance to Nagoya shopping centre (15min walk), or 50k (negotiable) if you take taxi. Clean Hotel, friendly staff, breakfast so so, famous fish soup just beside the hotel. food market just behind.
