"Apex hotel is a modern, comfortable and convenient hotel very close to all the main action in Bath. The only two things preventing me from giving this property full stars are the beds (rock hard) and the fact that breakfast is not included (and the buffet, though generous, is far too expensive for someone who eats so little). Also, the air conditioning was much appreciated but not quite low enough at night for this spoiled Yank. ;)"

We loved our spacious room with a gorgeous high ceiling and updated bathroom. It felt like pure luxury after our cramped stay in London. We chose to enjoy their breakfast after an early morning walk down the river and around the Royal Victoria Gardens. "Staff were very helpful. The room was a bit tired in terms of decor, the shower needed re siliconed and items were found under the bed from the previous occupants. A fridge in the room would have been beneficial. The weather was exceedingly hot when we were there, it would have been nice if jugs of water were left in communal areas. The “continental breakfast “ did not contain cheese or ham."
