"Room 12, ground floor front on a very, very quiet street was spacious with a comfortable queen bed. The shower was tiny but did its job. The continental breakfast was superb--lots of choices, all of excellent quality. Very pleasant staff."

Beautiful apartment with excellent kitchen, washer dryer (all in one), upstairs toilet and ensuites for both bedrooms downstairs. Comfortable, modern, clean. There were even extra touches with a lovely Xmas tree and decorations in the apartment. Great place to stay for families extra bed available for upstairs lounge room as well. Highly recommend this property! "

"The honor bar is one of the best hidden parts of the hotel. Location is great! Walkable from train, sights are on your doorstep. Staff help with luggage so stairs are manageable. We loved this hotel."

Am Eingang Container mit Müll und ungepflegt (Bepflanzung am Haus,Müll am Parkplatz). Empfang bei Ankunft alles andere als freundlich, abgefertigt und arrogant. "In the heart of Bath with a rustic and charismatic feel. Fantastic gin bar opposite the front door and restaurants, bars, cinema and Sainsburys close by (100-500 meters). Steep and narrow staircase to the loft apartment. Two large bedrooms, spacious liver, kitchen diner and a bathroom. The internet is slow but did not spoil a wonderful stay. "

"The highlight was the breakfast which could be improved a light further by lowering the volume of the background music to be less intrusive, removal of cobwebs and the staff being quieter when clearing and setting tables. The room was good, quiet and warm though the bathroom would have benefited from a shelf for toiletries. The room we were in had no windows, which probably kept the sounds levels down, and was at the top of two flights of stairs. The property is within easy reach of Bath...
