"Expensive but it is Bath tbf.
The modern block on the side of the original building is fine but bland.
Could be any standard hotel room.
Food also expensive but it’s a nice experience."

"From the moment we arrived the hotel and it's staff surpassed our expectations. Jerry, the wonderful Dorman, went out of his way to assist us with everything Bath - he's a goldmine of local info. The team behind the bar are oustanding and warm and friendly. We also used the spa and the treatments were fabulous. By the time we got home today we were already planning our return. We cannot recommend this hotel too highly. It is also ideally located with everything in the town centre reachable on...

"Really great location for exploring the city. Within easy walking distance. Comfortable beds - we both slept really well despite the bedroom facing the street, there was no disturbances.
Friendly welcome and helpful suggestions. Tasty breakfast served in the room with a good choice of options and timings.
Would recommend and would return if needed to."

"A lovely stay spoilt on the last day. After handing our room key back, the receptionist ran after us and accused us of not paying, despite me paying 2 weeks beforehand! They apologised and blamed Expedia for the mixup. It was rather embarrassing, so hey guys - Dont bother booking through Expedia!!"
