"Excelente. Tivemos um probleminha, porque reservei quarto com camas de solteiro e quando chegamos era de casal, como ei tinha salvas as conversas, eles prontamente providenciaram um outro quarto para minha amiga. Tudo perfeito, bem localizado, fomos a pé até os restaurantes da ViIla Madalena e andamos muito de metrô que fica próximo também. Bem equipado. Nada a reclamar."

"If you are traveling from abroad then do NOT use this location. I almost missed my flight trying to send the negligent room management documents before my arrival. I text them on a Friday and they didn't reply until Monday with the ridiculous list of things to submit. It took over 2 hours and almost missed my flight. Secondly, the property wlll charge you for used towels and bed linens. I changed accommodations after 3 days. I love Sao Paulo and will be back. But I will not return to this...

"The property is quirky, the staff are excellent, the dining is good. There are some old-fashioned touches - washing lines in the bathroom - and in places there is a clear need for refurbishment, but it's a comfortable place to stay. And the swimming pool is excellent. I realise from other reviews that one must book a superior room in order to have bottled water and tea-making facilities in the room, but in my view this should be available in all rooms as standard."

"Quarto amplo e espaçoso, limpo e moderno. Se vc tem problema com travesseiros de hotel como eu talvez seja legal trazer o seu. O resto tudo impecável. Destaque para a cozinha compartilhada com disponibilidade 24hrs (o simples fato de vc poder pegar agua no filtro a hora que vc quer faz toda a diferença). Vc tem uma geladeira compartilhada com ovos, sucos, leites, e acompanhamentos e infraestrutura para fazer seu café da manhã, conta com cafeteira com grãos, utensilios, paes, cereais iogurts etc"
