"Check in was a nightmare, the guy who helped me looked like he was un educated. I gave him my passport and he found my name on the tablet. Then when he had to make my room card he couldn't find my assigned room. Then he kept asking is your name John, is your name Suzan ets. I mean we just confirmed my name, and he has my passport open in front of him. Check in was a painful 25 minute process. Then my room looked like someone just took a shower as the bathroom floor was wet, the bed sheets were...

"The hotel refused to let my 19 year old daughter check in because she wasn’t 21. The policy was written in the smallest font possible at the very bottom of the page. I had to pay for another hotel for my daughter because of this issue. They attempted to refuse refunding me because of their supposed policy that they put in the least obvious place possible. In the end they refunded my money because I refused to just let them steal from me. The staff was rude and not helpful at all."
