"There was blood on the sheets and the hotel smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. Also the floors had not been swept and hair was in the shower."

"We had a terrible experience We booked three rooms and one sweet closer to a wedding venue for my nephew. We had to leave to stay somewhere else because one day they had a fire alarm that they couldn’t control. The next day no power and no WiFi working We had to leave and stay somewhere else to stay and shower . No manager to explain anything or issue credit for our rooms . We left and tried to get Expedia to issue credit or deal with the hamptons in and haven’t heard back from them ."

"Everything was clean the only thing I did not like was having to pay extra 7.00 for over night parking. I paid for my stay that should have been included. I will not be staying at another Hampton Inn or any other hotel that I have to pay for parking. What was I suspose to do park down the road and walk back to my room totally stupidity on there part"

"Room: clean and nicely updated. Complimentary bottle water, coffee & tea, in room. Micro fridge was cold a/c was cold. Bathroom: complimentary shampoo, conditioner & body wash, makeup mirror & motion sensor night light in bath area. Bed: bed was good, pillows were soft and firm to sleep on. Things that need improvement: Black out curtains didn’t close all the way so I got the lovely sunshine early in the morning. Toilet was small...

"Front desk personnel could have been much more aware at check-in. Rooms were very clean. It seems to me that one of the most important areas to clean, easiest to maintain, and most often overlooked is the elevator. CLEAN THE INTERIOR OF THE ELEVATOR CARS!"

"Immediately noticed the smell of marijuana when I walked in. Check in was ok-could hardly understand the guy behind the counter but he was nice enough. I went for breakfast at 8:35 (open until 9) and there was only 2 pieces of wheat bread, cereal and a few drops of waffle batter left. Juice was out of order and the rest (including milk, yogurt, hot food) was all empty. No staff to be seen, much less to offer any other food options. The room was clean, there was enough parking, and there were...
