"First and foremost let’s start with Expedia. When booking a room Expedia give you the option to pay now or at the desk. So I ask to pay at desk when I arrived. I arrived to the hotel and they told me that the room was cancelled because they withdraw the money out and it didn’t go through. "Staff was outstanding, friendly and helpful. The place was undergoing reno work, so there were some minor plumbing issues. The pool was closed. I did not know that would be the case when I booked. Breakfast buffet was nice, but nothing special…basic waffle maker, egg/biscuit/meat offering you’d get pretty much anywhere. Maybe because of the renos they didn’t have enough guests to do a full buffet ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ "
