The staff was AMAZING. The sauna and steam room were AMAZING. The owners were AMAZING. As a couple whom only know a tiny if any German we were a little nervous we may feel out of place with language barriers in a smaller town yet never once did we feel that way! GOOD: - amazing breakfast - large rooms with balcony and mountain view - lot's of parking / garage and front of hotel - friendly stuff BAD: - if you like a coffee after breakfast the charges are extremely high (you get it from the same machine where you get your morning coffee for free) - charges in general for drinks are very high - they don't take American Express "

"The Alpen Chalets were very good - clean, lot of space for 3 adults. Service was great in the Restaurant Senger and the food was delicious. We had breakfast and dinner in Restaurant Senger for nearly 5 days and we liked the food. Spa with massages is also very good. In general excellent experience. This was our 3rd visit during Christmas times and we like it here."
