"There was a small cockroach in my bathroom. I immediately went downstairs and no questions asked, the front desk was friendly and gave me a new room in a different floor. It’s a very dated property, I’d consider other properties. "

"Don't be fooled by the exterior, the inside is fully updated and beautiful. The central location is wonderful and walking distance to Pier 39. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding, the best I've ever had!!"

"到着が早かったのですが、フロントスタッフが直ぐに対応して下さり、早めに部屋を用意してくれ、とても助かりました！部屋の清掃やタオル交換も毎日しっかりきれいにやってくれます。毎朝のホテルの朝食もフレッシュなフルーツが沢山提供され、卵料理も毎日変わり、カフェメニューの種類も多いので、滞在が長くても飽きずに楽しめました。ホテルフロントスタッフは毎日笑顔でとても感じが良く、お水も頼めばいつでも頂けて、本当に５日間毎日快適にすごせました！
サンフランシスコに再度行く時は、是非またここハイヤット プレイスサンフランシスコダウンタウンに泊まりたいと思いました！

"The room was spacious, modern, clean and quite with firm and comfortable beds. The bathroom is ok with wallpaper peeling at some locations. Airport shuttle was excellent and on-time and it runs every 15 minutes. Aloft San Francisco Airport does not serve breakfast. There is a snack bar and a bar on-site."
