"A wonderful gem tucked into a vibrant community. We stayed for a night to enjoy the city after work. We had a terrific pizza with an eggplant appetizer at a place 6 blocks away. The snacks in the dining room were a delightful treat. We enjoyed reading in the study. The bed was very comfortable. This place is a must stay again. "

One notable stand out is how amazingly spacious the rooms with two queen beds are, which provide the perfect backdrop for a girl's or family getaway. "The check-in was great with a very helpful person behind the desk. Parking in the lower level garage was secure and gated with secure access to the elevator. The room was immaculate, particularly the bathroom which was gleaming. There are a couple of restaurants just west down Lombard and some other fun dining choices a few blocks down on Union -- along with a gelato place. The only negative was you could hear the road noise but I had earplugs anyway and all was great."

"Everything was excellent! Clean, nice lobby with bar, seating, game room and snacks (pricy). Security with card chips to work front door and elevator is a plus. Our room was close to elevator so I could hear it but it did not keep me awake. Staff was helpful. The tub in our room had a little of the porcelain worn off the edges. That was the only thing I saw that looked run down. All else was fantastic!! We enjoyed the close walk to Fisherman's Wharf. We recommend this hotel. "
