"Very nice property with relaxing atmosphere. Check in and check out was easy with friendly staff. Room was very clean and comfortable. Walking around the property during evening hours was very relaxing. Only negative was the window shaking airplane noise for like an hour in the morning. This seemed like a daily scheduled air force training of some sort. 15 minute drive to downtown and other interesting areas. Beaches along the roads of the bay were very nice. "The breakfast was excellent. Different options daily. The facility is very well maintained and the staff is very pleasant. The drive to the hotel is a little sketchy-looking and it is a bit tricky to find the hotel until you know where you're going. Conveniently located to lots of parks and activities. Ample parking."

The lady continued to knock at our door waking up my husband. My husband tried to look into the peephole and noted the lady and her child still outside. I called front desk, at first not answering and after 3 calls finally answered. I told her about the lady. She said she called someone to check and said nobody was there anymore. "Staff was very nice. Open 24/7 for any questions and concerns. Room had good space (we had a Lanai room) so some chairs in the front to sit. "

"Such a beautiful place! The only reason I couldn’t rate it 5 stars is because of the beds they are terrible and cold water for the slides. Parking is hard to come by at night but they are kind to park your car if you can’t get a spot. Such a beautiful resort but the beds are some of the worst I have ever slept on, which was disappointing. Love the location and it is so clean and nice! Love the lemonade in the lobby, decorated so beautiful, and love the gardens surrounding the hotel. Great place...
