"Access to property was a bit difficult, especially in heavy traffic. Parking was also atrocious. There are too few spaces for the size of hotel, and there is a possibility you can’t find parking, even after the $25/day parking fee."

"Good place to stay if you wanna stay away from traffic and easy access to the trolley . Kids loved and enjoyed the pool area where we cooked up burgers for them ."

"Like the room we get on the 4th floor. Staff is always friendly and helpful. As well as the maid service.. very nice and accommodating. Everything was excellent and on time.. one thing..the lighting in the bathroom is not that great..wish that could be better..but not a deal breaker..or the full length mirror should have a light on it.. as well.. otherwise fantastic stay..we stay here twice a year!!!"

"The hotel was supposed to offer 4 free hours of car charging, but the front desk incorrectly told us that was not the case! Also we were not informed that an adaptor is needed to charge a Tesla at their site. A passerby explained this to us, since tge front desk seemed clueless. There should be clear and detailed information on how to use the charger and the cost."

"It was in a great location and really close to Old Town where there was yummy food and the trolley station. It was also really close to the airport and there was a gas station a block away to fill up the car. We would certainly stay here again!"

"We’ve stayed at the Hampton in the past and loved the property! This time we were sadden by how poorly the property has been kept up! We were given two separate rooms both dirty, smelled very musty and furniture beat up! Found wads of hair, blood/feces caked on the wall and again the smell! Such a bummer because on the outside looking in, it looks like a great property! Better housekeeping practices and updated furniture is needed!"
