"I had a very good experience at my stay..would stay there again."

"We had an issue with my room and was instantly upgraded to the Presidential Suite for the night. We were later given a one bedroom suite which was also a win! The front desk staff and attendants were excellent and accommodating. There was one incident in which a parking attendant questioned the legitimacy of us going to our room (as if we did not belong). Clearly our skin tone unearthed some deep seeded something in him and clouded his thinking. I was not having it, so yes, he did indeed get reported. specially since it was HE that did not have access to that particular area or elevator beyond a certain floor. Nonetheless, it did not spoil my trip nor the excellent customer service we received throughout. I would definitely come back!"

"Great place to spend a few days. The beach access was nice and they have a couple pools. Room was clean and as advertised. There are a few different bars to choose from. The restaurant food was good, although in my opinion the prices are too high for what you get. But I would definitely stay here again. "

"Just a really nice overall stay great facilities kept up well. Very nice resort and a great little waterpark and pool for the kids. Prices of course are a bit high at things like the pool bar, but I believe you should expect that going to a nice JW Marriott resort so it’s not unexpected. Staff was all very helpful and nice. Valet was usually busy, but still got your car in a reasonable amount of time. Not exactly a convenient walking distance to all kinds of restaurants however a very short drive will get you to plenty of different dining options and activities. The only complaint that I have is that there is no available icemaker. While they insist on bringing the ice to your room, almost every time we requested it, it was either completely forgotten or it would take 30 minutes or more to get the ice. As you can imagine, trying to have a drink at the end of the night or before you head out the door waiting 30 minutes or not getting the ice at all is unfortunate . That said I would certainly return"
