"From the very efficient and effective check in, courteous customer service, and spotless room, our stay was great from the beginning. The place was spacious and modern. There was a big wrap around balcony (we had the two bedroom), and large kitchen. Even a washer and dryer. The only cons were the water pressure in the bathroom sink, and after a certain time, you cannot get more towels. House cleaning is "ask if you want", its not every day. For us we liked our privacy, so this worked for us....

"I will preface this review by admitting that I am 59 years old and did not do my do diligence when booking this hotel. The Cleavelander is a hotel for young people who are in town to party, not old guys who are in bed by 11. On arrival, I knew I screwed up. " I stayed at the Moxy Miami South Beach for my solo birthday trip and had the BEST experience. The staff was unbelievably sweet—there was a beautiful Jamaican woman at the front desk (I wish I remembered her name!) who truly set the tone.
