"I am writing to express my disappointment with both the issue I experienced during my stay and how my complaint was later represented. During my stay, there was a strong marijuana odor near my room at a non-smoking property. I immediately reported the issue to the front desk because I was traveling with my young child and was concerned about our comfort and well-being. I understand that the hotel may not have been able to identify the guest responsible. However, that was never the main issue. The fact remains that the odor was present, it affected our stay, and when I requested a room change, I was informed that no alternative room was available. What concerns me most is that when I sought assistance through Expedia, the hotel reportedly stated that no marijuana smoking was found or confirmed. While that may reflect the outcome of the hotel's investigation, it does not accurately reflect my experience as a guest. My complaint was not about proving who was smoking. My complaint was that I reported a significant issue, no effective accommodation was available, and the impact on my family's stay was ultimately dismissed. I feel that my concerns were minimized rather than acknowledged, and that the hotel's response effectively discredited a legitimate guest experience. I respectfully ask that management review both the incident and the handling of my complaint, and consider an appropriate resolutions."

"The worst stay! The beds were so uncomfortable that you can actually hear and feel the springs. I was lucky to get any sleep at all considering I got there around 10:30pm and was up all day and driving forhours.The carpets were questionable. Water stains/hole on ceiling. The shower ceilings were sooo low that it was hard to take a proper shower. The only positive was the workers were friendly. They probably felt bad for the people that paid to stay at this hotel. I didn’t mention anything because thankfully it was not more than one night and I was so tired that I didn’t want to argue. I just wanted out!"
