"Our stay at the property was okay the area and the location was right on point we we’re close to everything and walking distance was at 10 or 15mins to different locations the only disappointing thing was no accommodation for food we had to either eat all the food or throw it away before returning to hotel"

"I’ve gotta say that for a hotel situated within 1/2 a block of Times Square (and an extremely high volume property at that), it was absolutely immaculate! The decor was classic Art Deco in the Lobby and the floors seemed to all be nicely updated. Our room was very affordable so my expectations were pretty low going in. I was very pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness, finishes and overall condition of our room (considering the location and price) and would therefore highly recommend a stay here if you want an excellent value right in the heart of it all!"

"The AC did not get as cold as we wanted and the room felt a bit muggy at times but I stay here quite frequently and its the only time I've experienced this issue. Luckily it was cooler at night so we just propped open the window which helped it feel less muggy and cooler."

"Nice property but needs some improvements. I've stayed here 3 time so it'sa good hotel. Very convenient to Penn Station. The shower had a mind of its own. You will not have a consistent water temp and it will go from warm to cold to burning hot. Towels are like sandpaper. The toilet paper is ridiculous. I think the hotel challenged the toilet paper company to give them the thinnest t.p. in the world. You're definitely not saving money with the amount of t.p. that is needed because it's worse than paper thin. Fast elevators and friendly staff."
