"Overall the stay was okay. The room temp was great and the beds were comfy. Staff was nice upon arrival. There was a bug in one of our beds. We brought it up to the front desk and we were offered an ice cream as a compromise. We asked for management to reach out to us and never heard from them. We brought it up again at checkout and they said “that would never happen here.” Asked again for a manager to reach out and still nothing. We had 7 guests in our room and had 1 towel in the bathroom....

"Everything was great. Clean and comfortable rooms. The pool area is wonderful and the food was delicious. I do wish they had a full service restaurant to cover breakfast and would have been nice for the pool to open earlier. The peacocks are wonderful! We will be back."

"Most of the staff was great. But really depends on who is there that day. I had a couple of people being extremely helpful and nice. but one morning we didn’t have water during breakfast and the main desk attendant just said: “there is nothing we can do about it.” But other times I had people walking an extra mile to help with the laundry machine and other things. Outside needs care. But the room was clean and the mattress was new and confortable. Breakfast was good for what it is."
