"We had a wonderful stay during our weekend in Dallas. The hotel was clean, modern and very conveniently located. The pool and gym were great amenities. It was smart to have the shower knob near the entrance, so you don’t get hit with cold water. The bed was comfortable and room was spacious. We would recommend the hotel and look forward to staying again in the future. "

"It looks great on the outside but don’t be fooled. Upon arrival I was charged $100 more than quoted. The guy at the front desk said “Expedia always charges less than the actual fee”. Be sure to bring your own cleaning supplies. The window blinds were covered in dirt. The inside of the tub was clean but the outside of the bathtub had not been cleaned in a while. "Had to book something quickly due to flight cancellation. Important consideration was airport shuttle. Upon arrival, called hotel and was told where to locate shuttle stop then call back when there. Did so. At that point (maybe 5-10 minutes later) was told shuttle would be there in 30-40 mins. Unacceptable, why did they not say that in the first place? Took an uber. Check-in friendly (different clerk) but took forever. Room absolutely depressing. Furniture shoddy, carpet worn, curtains/blinds...

"The hotel was okay, a little dated though, but convenient stores and food close by. They charge $7.00 for parking which I didn’t see listed on hotel info when booking. Guy at front desk said property was under new management and the parking was a recent change. I personally don’t think parking should be charged for people with a hotel room, I know some hotels will charge parking for non guests. What is next, restaurants and retail chains charging for parking to shop and eat."

"The check-in process was easy. The staff was helpful with explaining all the amenities. Paying ahead for breakfast is a little different. I order it from their onsite restaurant and leave my room number. Compared to a buffet the portions are smaller, but the food is better and produces less waste. The room is well decorated and has some decent space. The TV is a nice size, and it has a space for my laptop with conveniently located electrical outlets. There is a nice lounger next to the window....
