The hotel was nice in a good location and the staff were friendly, but my room was very hot they were not able to adjust the temperature so they ended up bringing for me a ventilator (that is weird in March) but still the room was very hot even with the ventilator.
The hotel is very well-located and my room had a fabulous view of the cathedral. There are restaurants nearby and the front desk was able to help with reservations.
Wonderful stay, very handy to the old town area and approx 15 mins walk from the train station. Staff were very friendly at check in very helpful with any directions we needed. Gorgeous vintage lift to help take the baggage up. Many places to eat nearby
The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly . This is a great location for walking around the town , shopping , it is close to the cathedral , there is parking a short distance at the end of the street . Public buses are frequent from Biarritz airport and terminate a few hundred metres from the hotel . Lots of restaurants . Really good visit .

Superb hotel, convenient to center, train station, free local bus was a bonus
The staff were exceptionally helpful. The breakfast was good, and the location was great. Figuring out how to use the shower was a challenge, however! A laundry was close by, although laundry services are available at the hotel.
The receptionists were both fantastic, especially Marie who checked me in, she left nothing to chance and her English is superb, saving me embarrassment with my limited French, thank-you.
Not a good experience, hotel in general very Old and poor maintained. Our toilet sink coud not be used at all, we had to use the shower even to brush teeth. We requested to be fixed but no Action was taken, very disapointing!
