"Nice new hotel nearish to the heart of everything. Stay went smoothly. Breakfast was good. Parking was a touch confusing, but once we figured out my misheard directions, it was fine. The parking app charged fees/taxes/something so the total cost was closer to $45 than 40, but it was very secure parking."

"Location was good. Long walk to French Quarter was doable. Fresh market across the street was excellent. Very large buffet selection. the parking was OK. I parked in front upon arrival and never moved the car. Took Lyfts everywhere. The garden is very nice and there are several sitting areas, one for each room. You have to be a tad careful since there are steps and twists and turns which can be slippery when wet. The room was very nice with a quirky, eclectic vibe. And, there were 4 USB-A ports...

"The room was DIRTY. The toilet had low water pressure and almost couldn’t flush, the tub was dirty, I found hair on towels. No hand-soap either. The hallways were also dirty. Anyone who says this place was clean mush have very low standards. Or maybe it’s just my bad luck that I got the dirtiest room in the hotel. In any case, don’t risk it if you don’t have to, go somewhere else."
