"The hotel is beautiful! Just what we were looking for! We loved the feel of historical News Orleans with the courtyards and balconies...it felt like we stepped into a other world! Just keep in mind that there are rats around outside as you walk at night, in the courtyards and on the streets. It is a great walkable location to everything in the French Quarter! Staff is very helpful, accommodating, and kind. They made our 1st visit to NOLA wonderful! We hope to return again and we will definitely...

"Amazing hotel! Quintessential New Orleans vibe. The rooms and property are unique, and make you feel like a part of history. The pictures do not do this place justice. The staff is amazing, and the cats are awesome. Great room amenities, and beds were awesome. No negative feedback at all. Might be one of the coolest hotels I have ever stayed in- of course it's in New Orleans. Will be back!"

"Had a great experience at the Chalmette Holiday Inn Express. Trena and Melanie were very helpful in selecting local restaurants. Rooms were very clean and supplied well for all our needs. The morning breakfast had a good variety for our selections and opened on time every morning. Would definitely stay here again."

"Excellent hotel! Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, especially Joel! Location is awesome!! Close to everything, but quiet and calm surroundings. The only downfall was a train passes a couple times a night, and It sounds like it’s in the room…they provide earplugs, but I didn’t use them."
