"The hotel was better than expected. It was clean and I felt safe. We originally had rented a room that had a king size bed and a couch. We had four of us my husband and I and our son were going to sleep in the king bed and the other adult was going to sleep on the couch. However, at that time they did not have any extra pillows or blankets for the other adult to sleep on the couch. They were nice and switched us to a room with two queen size beds. "We liked everything inside the hotel. The room was smaller than typical hotel rooms but this made it easier to keep at the perfect temperature and darkness level. Bed was great. Exercise area was a pleasant surprise. Can do an entire cardio and strength workout easily. Breakfast was super with healthy options available."

"It was like the 60s with actual key to open the door it had windows that opened or seemed to Sounded like they should have been locked all the way but didnt. the heat didnt work there was a window air conditioner up in a window that you could hear the outside .which you could hear from the bathroom window as well It was like a window from a horror movie that you tried to get out of and were killed half way out. "The property was nice. The staff was great. The room was okay but some furniture definitely such as the computer chair and chairs need to be replaced. The shower surround was in need of repairs as it felt I may fall through. There also was an odor in the stairwell. Overall, it was a nice stay."

Then I get to the hotel and the clerk charged my card again for the same amount. Have tried several times making contact with hotel, with no luck. Reached out to corporate, they told me to email the info over and somebody should be in contact with me. Still no luck. Sad. Knew I never should have given this place...

"We were going to Summerfest and to see a concert so we only spent one night but it was fine. The door frame to our room was damaged so it didn't close unless you slammed it. The room a/c was a little noisy. And the breakfast was OK . They had some ham and pre-made fried eggs that weren't very good but the waffles were good! I wouldn't stay here again if I was going to Summerfest because I'd want to be a little closer or within walking distance to the venue. We took a Lyft and coming back...

"Newly renovated rooms with mattresses so new, they still have the plastic on them!! Go here, and go here QUICK. EVERYTHING is clean, it shares a parking lot with Culver’s, and the rooms are big enough to host all your relatives in! My top praise is for Karen the 80 year old breakfast attendant! She is an 18 year employee and whips up simply the best meals with a lovely smile and is so kind I want her to join me at every breakfast! THANK YOU COMFORT INN"
