Dissapointing stay

Dissapointed when we arrived as it took over an hour for someone to attend to check us in. Didn't get the "welcoming feel". Also were not aware that the restaurant and bar was closed on a Monday...we were looking forward to a relaxing drink and meal after a long drive! We were advised by the owner that there were plenty of bars/restaurants in the next village however we discovered many were closed on a Monday. The Casa had a lot of character and we enjoyed a nice breakfast. The shower door for the en-suite didn't close fully and signs of mould on the door and tiles. Overall dissapointed with the experience as was really looking forward to our overnight stay.

A lovely spot in the magical Basque countryside

A beautiful area and a charming inn. The hosts could not have been more helpful and the breakfast was delicious.
