"We like the appearance (layout) and location of Hotel Hermosa. When you first enter, you are greeted by a friendly staff member. The lobby is spacious with an open concept design. The outdoor patio/common area is designed to accommodate large gatherings. The pool is cozy, smaller than the average hotel pool, given the space. Our room was unique... skateboard truck coat hanger, bottle openers for drawer handles, unique poster in the bedroom and bathroom. The room bathtub was the selling point. However, the floor of the tub was cracking... so unfortunately, was not utilized. The cable reception was horrible. I reported it to the front desk. However, no luck. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and plan to return in the future."
