"Our resort view room faced the hallway. This meant our sliding glass door was accessible to anyone and everyone, if opened. The room was dark minus internal lighting. We had no windows unless we again opened the slider to the main hallway which was privy to foot traffic, the maid’s closet, and the ice machine. This just meant we spent more time off property than on.
There is a fee to park: $45/day to self park or $50/day for valet. We chose valet because what’s another $5.
The property is beautiful, but what was pictured at booking was not what we got. The pool ran out of towels in our last day, so we had to wait until more towels were brought.
We dined at Oceania once. It was nice, but not the best meal of the trip. We also used room service once for dining. It was nice to have this option since the littlest one fell asleep around dinner time. It was $103 for a hamburger, child’s pasta, cocktail, and Hawaiian chocolate cake.
I had a massage and facial. The spa facility was nice and relaxing overall, and the staff friendly.
The gym is located in the spa area and operates based on their hours. I exercise earlier due to little ones, so despite being thrilled they had Pelotons, I was never able to use the fitness area.
My family said they would stay again, but we would ensure we received a room that at least had its own area to sit and enjoy the outside space, and where we didn’t worry people could see us while changing our clothes. "
