"The noise of the people upstairs right above us we were in room 212 was constant even 3am still stomping loudly. When we made a polite call to property, our call felt inconvenient to the person who answered a nd then nothing was really done to resolve the issue. We ended up leaving a night early because we could not get any sleep with noise. Evening staff were not super helpful. We got one good staff interaction the day we checked in on 6/26 she was very kind. Air conditioning worked good, but...

"While the customer service was excellent, and the rooms were at least superficially cleaned, the property was not taken care of as well. My bathroom had black mold on the ceiling, and the caulk that was holding it together was all cracked (and there was black mold under it). There was extensive water damage (some of which) had been plastered over, but not painted over. And there was a part of my ceiling that was ballooning with water. "Our stay at the Staybridge was wonderful! Our room was perfect! The beds are so comfortable. Breakfast was top notch. What we really enjoyed was the patio in the back. We brought our drinks out there, sat by the fire and enjoyed a girls weekend away. Also Eric at the front desk was so kind and helped us with our travels around town."

"We had a reservation and after we checked in they said they had to give us a room that did not lock. I had to argue with the lady to get her to give us a different room, she tried to say the hotel was sold out. Also our showered did not drain so we had to stand in dirty water while showering."

"The staff were really unhelpful with the laundry facilities in more than one way. They said they didn’t have quarters for it. Then when I finally hunted down quarters- took me two days, (they suggested Meijer customer service who does not do quarters I found out - literally went to 5 diff places before someone took pity on me), I watched the same hotel staff come in and collect quarters out of the machines in front of me with a key(so they could have done that for me to help get quarters instead...

"Family of 5 stayed 2 nights, clean room - cleaning staff did great with replacing to towels/tidying room while we were gone. Kids liked the pool and swingset. Quiet stay. The only thing is I felt like the AC wasn't getting as cold as I would've liked or should've been. Front desk staff were very nice."

"The room was clean but it had a smell. The fridge was frozen up, so I shut it off to defrost. We were really busy so we didn't use the water facilities, so I don't have an opinion there. Staff was friendly and fast."
