Hotel dekat beach near Catarman

"Bed support was broken upon arrival however we were moved to a 'deluxe' room which was great at letting in bugs and geckos. We stayed for 6 nights and the room wasn't cleaned nor was the linen changed. The duvet was disintergating inside and the cover had no buttons. I woke up with bed bug bites every morning. Staff were courteous enough but also inexperienced. Had to pay extra for water bottle and dispenser. Cooked breakfast was always served cold but tasted good. I also had to make my own...

"I stayed 3 nights. I did notice the smell mentioned in the reviews before I booked. Only one person mentioned it. I Booked it anyhow. I figured when I got there that it’s probably the vent (I stayed on the 7th floor) cause it only smelled when the vent in the bathroom was on. I did report it to front desk at checkout and I was assured it will be looked into. Otherwise, Friendly and helpful staff. Facility is nice. The breakfast/branch was great. Felt very safe. I liked the roof top restaurant...

"The staff are awesome, and the breakfast is great coz it has the fusion of Filipino and American serving. The kids enjoyed the water park and game room. "

"This property was a fantastic place to start my family's month long vacation in Cebu. The vast amount of water activities were more than enough to keep my son very active for the four days we were there ( as a matter of fact its all he talked about for the remainder of the month ). My wife and I feel that the balcony overlooking the property and the ocean was very romantic and peaceful. We will be back soon and will stay with you all again!"

"The pool and restaurant staff are great and the food is top notch...the rooms are gross...huge dust bunnys...black stains on the walls...no hot water because the vent fan doesn't work...looks great on the outside but nasty nasty nasty on the inside...I would recommend to avoid this place at all costs."

"The room was clean, staff helpful and courteous, ample parking. Friday through Sunday loud music from the bar above until 2am. Other nights parties can be heard up to 8pm. A convenience store on the property was a plus. TV was is a foreign language that couldn’t be changed in the menu. Location was in a remote area. Taxis and trikes had a hard time finding the place."
