"View was absolutely amazing. Major issue was that we spent the first night sweltering. Was told twice that the room would cool down but even after having the a/c on all night the room was still 80f 27.5c in the morning. Extremely expensive hotel to spend the night suffering in heat. Complained again the next day a little more vigorously and received a portable a/c. The second night was fine, but didn’t make up for the first night. "I can't say enough about the staff at this hotel. They were fantastic!"

"Pros: Owners are nice, area is quiet, room is spacious and clean, dinner is excellent, good view of the lake. Some staff very nice. Cons: every morning for breakfast the staff is different and causes stress on where it is okay to sit. One actually made a scene and embarrassed us. Breakfast is small and limited, boring after a couple of days. A couple staff members were rude during dinner. Seems like the restaurant staff don’t communicate on seating or leave reserved signs or something for...
