"Such a lovely stay at this hotel. Had everything you needed and the staff were super helpful. Was also rare for a hotel in the area to have your private swim spot like Heritage does."

"I wanted to like this hotel, but we were disappointed by how old the mattresses and furniture were. Sadly there was no sitting area/sofa in living area, just the trundle bed and a basic table with chairs. The location and balcony view were very beautiful and the host was nice and welcoming, and it was very clean, so that was much appreciated. However the listing said a 4 star hotel so we were a bit disappointed with the situation."

I had to call down to the desk who said they would alert maintenance but got no update but got no apology for the issue or inconvenience or no offers of alternative options (like the spa showers)."

"Had a lovely few days at this hotel. Very warm welcome from hotel staff who showed us to the room and were very helpful with booking taxis etc. We stayed in a room with pool access and the room was lovely, very modern and clean as was the hotel in general. Breakfast was plenty with a good choice of food, all fresh each day. Pool and pool area was very clean, was lovely eating breakfast outside at the tables and chairs located by the pool. "The hotel was situated in a perfect place .Beautiful setting. Just opposite the tour boats. A few nice beaches nearby. The best beaches in my opinion ….one to the left of the hotel walking around the marina. Nice snack bar called the Red Lobster. Another nice beach resort Waikiki. Staff at the hotel were very helpful and pleasant. Hotel was nice.Our room had a living room off it. Nice but a bit oldish However comfortable and good value .Breakfast was nice.Not a buffet but nice choices and...
